A Fully Licensed Pediatric Day Health Care Facility
Two Locations in Fresno & Clovis, CA
Loretta’s Little Miracles (LLM) provides skilled nursing services for medically fragile and developmentally disabled children, ages 0–21, who meet Pediatric Day Health Care (PDHC) medical eligibility requirements.
Our program provides individualized skilled nursing care throughout the day in a safe, fun-filled, and enriching environment where children can learn, play, socialize, and thrive while receiving the medical support they need.
We understand the demands of caring for a child with complex medical needs. Our goal is to provide families with convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind, while giving each child the opportunity to experience childhood in a setting designed around their unique medical and developmental needs.
Flexible Care for Infants, Children & Teens
LLM provides care throughout the day for children ages 0–21, including full-day care for infants and children not attending school and flexible care options for school-aged children and teens.
For children attending school, LLM offers before- and after-school skilled nursing care, non-school day care, and school-break care. Most local school districts provide bus transportation between school and Loretta’s Little Miracles, helping families coordinate school with their child’s skilled nursing needs.

Expanded Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
Continuing Care Beyond Age 21
At Loretta’s Little Miracles, our care doesn’t have to end when childhood does. LLM provides specialized day health care for medically fragile children through age 21 and beyond through our expanded Transitional Care Unit (TCU) license.
Our TCU allows eligible young adults with complex medical and developmental needs to continue receiving skilled nursing care, assistance with daily living, socialization, and meaningful community-based activities in the same safe, familiar, and nurturing environment.
For families who have spent years building a trusted care team, the transition into adulthood can be overwhelming. Our goal is to provide continuity of care through every stage of life while supporting each individual’s health, independence, development, and quality of life.
Because turning 21 shouldn’t mean losing the care and community you depend on.
"If we had not had access to Loretta’s Little Miracles and its competent staff, I do not know that we would have been able to keep our daughter living in our home."
